Comfy bed for a restful night.

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and organization. My room change didn’t resolve issues. I faced even more problems in the next room. The staff were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my time-sensitive concerns, which ultimately ruined my plans.

Just a balanced option for a flying visit in Lucerne with reasonable price. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety and was surprisingly good. Bring your own kettle if you enjoy in-room tea or coffee.

In my wife’s opinion, it would be great to have a small refrigerator in the room for snacks and drinks.

I loved the fine views of the snow-capped mountains that greeted us every morning! The breakfast buffet was a lavish spread, featuring unlimited Prosecco and an array of delicious options to please any palate. Plus, the location was perfect, just a short stroll to all the major attractions.

My stay was lovely, thanks to the warm atmosphere and the included breakfast featuring freshly baked breads and even prosecco, which was a delightful unexpected touch! The location was ideal, just a short walk to the city center and public transportation. One downside was the lack of in-room refrigerators, which would have been nice for storing drinks. Overall, a great spot for exploring Lucerne!

The small double room had a private bathroom with a shower, free toiletries, a fan, and a flat-screen TV. The breakfast offered a variety of options like bacon, eggs, and amazing pastries. It's cozy with hardwood floors, windows that let in fresh air, and the staff was always friendly and helpful.

We stayed two nights and really dug the cozy breakfast area with a variety of delicious options that fueled our days exploring. The kids loved the hotel’s game room while we enjoyed a quiet evening at the fine-dining restaurant. The only small hiccup was that the room could use a little more space, but it didn’t ruin our overall great experience! 😊

The Standard Double Room was clean and spacious with a comfy sofa area, which made it pretty cozy. Nice views of the city, too! Only thing was, I missed having a kettle in the room for late-night tea. Otherwise, it was a solid stay.

Diving into the local fare was an absolute treat! I stumbled upon the Crazy CupCake Cafe, where their homemade pastries left me buzzing. Plus, the staff tossed me a city travel card, making it a breeze to explore. Oh, and let’s not forget that the rooms had a couch perfect for unwinding after my culinary adventures.

Now, if only the breakfast had a bit more cheese action and some English TV channels to keep me entertained. But honestly, a kettle would’ve been killer to have in the room for those late-night cravings.
